2-3 bunches of water spinach
2-4 tablespoons roasted and/or ground white, tan or black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chicken broth or dashi
Combine all sauce ingredients and mix.
Cut the water spinach to desired size.
Boil or steam water spinach until desired doneness. Strain it and dash with cold water. Squeeze it to release most of the water. Lightly dress the water spinach with sesame dressing.
