  • 2-3 bunches of fresh Mung Choy, chopped  
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced


1.      Separate & wash Mung Choy, trim bottom of stalks & pat dry.

2.      Chop Mung Choy into desired width, set aside.

3.      In frying pan heat olive oil & minced garlic on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

4.      Add Mung Choy, toss to coat & cook approximately 10 minutes, tossing Mung Choy every minute or so.
