Ingredient

  • Mung Choy 500G
  • A tablespoon oyster sauce 
  • 1-2 chopped red Chilies


Method

1. Wash Mung Choy, Chop into desired width 
2. Boil the Mung Choy in the water for 3 minutes
3. Add oyster sauce and chilies, stir evenly.
