Citrus Salad with Watercress and Apple

Ingredient

1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 pink grapefruit
1 x 85g/3oz pack watercress
1 Cox’s apple, cored and diced
50g/2oz sultanas



Method

Carefully peel the citrus fruit and remove all the pith. Slice thinly onto four plates. Arrange the watercress on top of the fruit. Mix the apples and sultanas and scatter over the watercress. Serve fresh and crisp.
