200g Healthy n Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms,sliced
2 cloves Healthy n Fresh Garlic, finely chopped OR
1 teaspoon Healthy n Fresh crushed garlic
1 Lemon, juiced
1. Heat a large frying pan. Add garlic and butter and cook briefly.
2. Add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 mins.
3. Add the lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve on thick slices of buttered toast.
