Garlic Sprout 250g. Beef 300g (can be other meats u like). Egg x 1. Salt x 1/2 tbsp. Cooking Wine x 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce or Oyster Sauce x 2 tbsp
Preparation: 1. Clean the beef. Cut into thick slices that are cut into thin shreds. Put into a dish. 2. Wash the garlic sprouts, snip the stalks and cut it into 3-4 cm long sections. Put into a dish. Steps: 1. Coat the beef shreds by adding salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, egg white ,and cornstarch. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes. 2. Heat work and 1-2 tbsp oil. 3. When oil is hot, add the beef and stir fry until most of the surface has changed color. 4. Add garlic sprout and keep stir flying for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add soy sauce or oyster sauce, and stir fry briefly while liquid evaporates. 6. Turn off the heat. Pick all the materials out of the wok, and serve in a fine porcelain plate.
